I’m a father of two who loves spending time on my bike. Whether it’s a lap around the neighbourhood with the kids, a group ride with mates, or heading to the bush on my mountain bike, the chance to unwind with a ride is always refreshing for my physical and mental health.
I hope that participating in the HRFY will be a great personal challenge, while also providing an opportunity to help create awareness and raise funds for a very important cause.
