This will be my 8th Ride for Youth. I love a challenge, to experience life to the fullest and to give back to my community. This ride is an opportunity for me to bring these elements together with a bunch of like minded mates, and to learn and raise greater awareness around youth depression and self harm. As a father of teenage children, this is now is particularly relevant.
