Youth Focus provides free counselling services to adolescents who are struggling with self-worth and mental health. The solutions may be complex, but sometimes a person just needs a Trusted Adult to speak with and often that is all it takes to get out of a dark place.
I'm proud to have been riding and raising funds for Youth Focus via the Hawaiian Ride for Youth for the past 10 years. And even though I now live in Calgary, I want to return to Perth next March to complete the ride again to raise funds for this important cause.
