I am a mother of two wonderful boys and a lively pup, with my life revolving around strong values with family. Creativity, integrity, and a genuine passion for people define who I am.
Professionally, I lead a diverse team in the MedTech industry. Our primary focus is on improving patient outcomes through the utilization of cutting-edge medical technology. Patients, surgeons, and nurses are at the core of our mission, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.
My background is deeply rooted in the medical device industry and healthcare, with expertise in Orthopaedic Trauma, Craniomaxillofacial, and Thoracic Surgery, as well as Hip and Knee Arthroplasty. I take immense pride in my role as a leader, team builder, and motivator. Challenges are my source of growth, and I thrive on developing a culture of excellence within my team.
Outside of work, I volunteer my time on industry projects for not-for-profit organisations. Organisations like Goldie Hawn's Mind-Up Program, Victoria ICT4Me, and Rural and Remote Mental Health Australia have provided me with the opportunity to give back to the community and make a meaningful impact for those who need it most.
One of my personal challenges and sources of fulfillment is participating in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth. This event allows me to support my community and improve my cycling skills within a team environment.
I serve as a Petty Officer Musician within the Royal Australian Navy (SERCAT 5 - Reserve). My role in the Navy's band unit involves performing a wide range of music, from the National Anthem to Top 40 hits. We engage with the community and contribute to the ceremonial aspects of the Royal Australian Navy within Western Australia.
