This will be my 3rd consecutive Ride for Youth, riding 700km from Albany to Perth. I started cycling because of RFY and it’s been an all-round great experience - The goal is inspirational, and the journey to get there is a lot of fun, but mostly it's the company you're in along the way that makes it such an amazing event.
Mental health and suicide are issues that affect so many people and this a cause truly close to my heart.
