As a passionate supporter of Youth Focus due to their outstanding support for Youth Depression, Self Harm and Suicide across Western Australia, I am signing up for my fifth Hawaiian Ride For Youth in 2023.
Having witnessed the amazing impact Youth Focus and HR4Y Riders have on WA's Youth during School Visits, I am totally committed to raising the awareness and reducing the stigma associated with Youth Mental Health across Western Australia.
My personal contribution is to fundraise and donate all funds received to Youth Focus and also commit my time to get up at 4:30am three days per week to join other riders to train hard and ride approx. 5,000 - 6,000 kms in preparation for the 700 kms ride from Albany to Perth in March 2023.
