Having been a very competitive triathlete in my youth I've recently been inspired to get back on the saddle and do some good both for myself and for the youth out there who most need it.
This experience has improved my own health and wellbeing with the team camaraderie, meeting new people, becoming more healthy and riding for such a relevant cause. We see so way too many youth (and grown up) suicides, anxiety and mental health issues so I feel very privileged to be able to help is a small way.
