    Exercise physiologist and company director

As the director of Chronic Care Australia I am delighted to be a naming rights sponsor for this ride. The ride speaks to both my personal and professional priorities.

As a mother of four, my children's mental health and wellbeing is of great importance to me. Ensuring they, and all of our children have mental health support services, heightened awareness and access to medical services is vital.

Exercise has played an enormous role in my life. As a young athlete and now professionally. Exercise is a proven medicine for the treatment of many Chronic Illnesses including mental illness. Setting examples and educating our youth as to just how impactful exercise can be on your mental health is one of the great joys of participating in the ride. Combine that with the additional services and support delivered by Youth Focus in West Australian communities and you have what I believe to be the most rewarding and impactful community event in WA. It's an absolute pleasure to be part of the Hawaiian Ride for Youth.
