My major sporting achievements in the last 20 years have been completing the Ride for Youth in 2017, 2018 and 2019. This from a fairly sedentary start and about 15kg heavier than I am now! Major hobbies (outside of getting up at 4:30 am four times a week to train!) include music and wine collecting / tasting (WSET3 certified) - neither noted for fitness and health!
Our family has had significant exposure to youth and adult anxiety, depression and related spectrum challenges. I see Youth Focus in general, and the Ride for Youth specifically, as a way to highlight the issues and help to make a difference. I am huge supporter of this initiative and hope that you will become a supporter too!
