The consummate physical and mental restoration session! Mindful Movement will be held once a week so you can check on your breath, tension and energy levels with a mix of foam rolling, mindfulness breathing and floor pilates work. Think yoga meets pilates with a hint of mindfulness thrown in for mental health maintenance. Set in the beautiful surrounds of Manners Hill park every Monday morning - It's the ultimate mindset medicine to set you up for a positive and powerful week!
