Where has the time gone?

2012 will mark my10 th ride from Albany to Perth.

Some have dismissed me as a little crazy and perhaps they are right, others have marvelled at the committment.

In short RFY has been a great habit that has worked for me both physically and emotionally. 

The support and commaraderie has been fantastic whilst raising funds and bringing a little light to this savage subject of suicide.
