For the past 9 years I have watched my husband James Sutherland train, raise funds and ride in the Hawaiian Ride For Youth. To date this amazing event has raised over $4.5 million for Youth Focus.  This year, being the 10th anniversary of the ride, I have put my hand up to join him.  What have I done!!! Coming from yoga land and having bought my first road bike in July 2011 the training committment is a major challenge - let alone the main reason we are participating - the fundraising! It certainly reinforces to me that we are the 'masters of our mind' - which I have to keep reminding myself when my mind is screaming indignantly on training rides - 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!  Please help me rationalise with my mind by donating to this worthwhile cause x
