Apologies to Nick Cave for poetic licence and complete lack of context, but one line sums up why I have been involved in R4Y for so long.

I am privileged to be the captain of a team sponsored by GCS who are a fantastic supporter of the community, of R4Y, of GCS Celebrity Chef (a fundraising event for R4Y) and of this team of riders.  We learn from the examples of others and I thank Enzo and GCS for free education.
