Even though I am an elite triathlete, having completed 305 triathlons since 1986 and taught lesser lights like Trench, P. along the way, and find the riding part of the Ride For Youth somewhat of a doddle (each day's ride is a warm up for an afternoon run), I love the comradery of the ride.

I live south of the river, yet regularly make the trip north just to ride with the crew and get to know everyone.  So for me it's more about seeing everyone a few times a week.

I want to give something back to the community which has given so much to me and as payment for priveleged time here on earth.  And with two children, Youth Focus is as close to this parent's heart as it is to all parents'.
