Married to Lillian, 2 beautiful daughtes Tarryn 17 and Emily 15 who are the pride of my life and I give thanks every day for a happy healthy family.

The 2010 ride will be my 6th attempt at this fabulous event that has over the years provided myself and all the other participants an insight into the world of suffering that is out there relating to teenage self harm and suicide. With the pressues of life experienced by our youth today this problem is not going to be solved without the help of organisations such as Youth Focus.

The work of Youth Focus is an un enviable task that receives very little funding support from Government. I am proud to again be involved in the Ride for Youth to support the Youth Focus cause and the fact that over the last 7 years the ride has raised over $3.0 million is a credit to all that have been, and are currently involved.

Our fundraising target for the 2010 event for the 44 riders and 11 reserves is $600,000.00. All proceeds raised go directly to the Youth Focus cause, as riders we pay our own way each year to cover the running costs of the event, so I ask that you generously support this fantastic cause with your donation by opening your cheque book/credit cards, and the link below to donate.
