My first connection to this impressive charity organisation was in 2009 when my wife Judy successfully completed the ride. I am riding this year because I also wish to help the charity and join in the special camaraderie of the peloton. I enjoy the positive team spirit, getting fit (the more hill riding the better!) and having a good time.

Youth Focus have introduced us to some impressive young people, who have been through tough times and got back on track. Depression, self harm and suicide can affect any family and I am proud to be involved in this ride to help support the Youth Focus cause.
