R4Y has enabled me to achieve some personal goals, attain fitness levels (I had not experienced in years) and enjoy the direct, ongoing health benefits associated with regular exercise. Being part of the "Herd" or those riders who have come from a  lower experience base or been a little too fond of the good things in life (read good paddock),  you can still be part of the team and make a positive contribution to the overall success of this event....a positive attitude can go a long way!

The charity we ride for is in my opinion, very worthy. It  benefits our community and particularly young people that may be going thru a tough patch.Depression and sucide is a  sad reality; support groups can and do help.

I enjoy the determination, spirit (laughs)  and sense of achievement the bunch accumulates  during the training and the ride itself. The ride is well organised, safe and counducted in a professional manner.....you have got to be happy with that and I sincerely thank my family for being able to enjoy this experience.
