Depression and suicide in young people is preventable.  My family have felt the pain of loosing a loved one to suicide.  Youth Focus helps families who are struggling.  I'm looking forward to being part of this event as i love riding my bike and know that exercise benefits me physically and mentally.  My family will support me as they recognise the value of Youth focus.
