I am married with two children and an avid bike commuter and ride to work at Transfield Worley each day, which not only enhances my health but the environment as well. I have cycled all my life and did a paper run in my younger years in my birth town of Wingham, on the Mid North Coast of NSW. I played first grade level Rugby League for the Fremantle Roosters and I am also a Fremantle Dockers member with my son.

Currently I am a reserve rider for Team GCS, but I am actively involved and enjoy the hectic training schedule which involves a 4.30am start three days a week and I will be riding the final leg from Mandurah. I am very supportive of the Youth Focus cause and what the organisation represents in its quest in understanding, counselling and preventing youth suicide and self harm which has a horrific impact on many families and the broader community.
