Youth Focus welcomes new CEO Fiona Kalaf

Youth Focus is pleased to advise that Fiona Kalaf has been appointed as CEO of Youth Focus, replacing Jenny Allen, who stepped down at the end of 2015 to pursue other business opportunities and interests.

Fiona has extensive experience in executive management in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Fiona is well qualified for the CEO role at Youth Focus given her previous position as CEO of Lifeline WA, a role she held for four years.

Building an aerobic base is perhaps the single most important phase in preparation for the Albany to Perth ride. Many riders never reach their full potential because they neglect this critical phase of training.

Take the Kalamunda 100 Test

The Kalamunda 100 is back in 2016 and provides one of Perth's most challenging rides through the picturesque hills of Kalamunda, Pickering Brook and Mundaring.  It is specifically designed to put your legs to the test and check your fitness before the epic 2016 Dams Challenge.

Kalamunda offers an undulating course with challenging climbs and thrilling descents. There are three distance options for this event.
